Several DE Members toured Evanston’s Second Certified Passive House in mid-construction at 2310 Isabella. The tour was given by DE Member and Architect of the home, Nate Kipnis, FAIA, of Kipnis Architecture + Planning. This home is designed to PHIUS (Passive House) standards, one of the most rigorous building certifications for comfortable, energy efficient, and resilient homes.
