Several DE professional members met at Robert Crown Community Center to review a presentation given by developer Anthony Kaplan of Kaplan Custom Homes Inc. on the new planned townhome development for 3325-3349 Central St. Design Evanston provided feedback on several aspects of the project: the building’s exterior appearance, landscaping, life safety and energy efficiency protocols, overall contextual appropriateness and more.
